Broiled Salmon - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 Tbsp. butter, melted
    salt and pepper to taste
    juice of 1 lemon
    lemon wedges
    4 salmon steaks (3/4-inch thick)
    1 Tbsp. chopped parsley, chives and dill, mixed
    6 (5 oz.) mahi-mahi filets (skinless)
    1 c. Pineapple Salsa
    1/2 c. blackening spice
Preparation
    Note: Best to use a hot plate and an older nonstick pan and plug the hot plate in outdoors and do your cooking out there. Makes 6 servings.
