Chicken Sate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large skinless, boneless chicken breast halves (about 1 1/2 lb.)
    1/4 tsp. crushed red pepper
    lemon juice
    1/4 c. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. salad oil
    1 Tbsp. molasses
    1 garlic clove, crushed
    1/2 c. creamy peanut butter
Preparation
    About 2 1/2 Hours Before Serving:
    With meat mallet or dull edge of French knife, pound each chicken breast half to 1/2-inch thickness.
    Cut chicken breasts lengthwise into 1-inch wide strips.
