Healthy Blueberry Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. oatmeal
    1 c. flour
    1/4 c. bran
    1 1/2 tsp. double-acting baking powder
    1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
    1 c. milk
    2 eggs
    2 medium bananas, mashed
    1 c. blueberries
Preparation
    Mix all dry ingredients in large mixing bowl.
    Add oil, milk and eggs and mix well.
    Fold in bananas and blueberries.
    Cook over medium heat until golden brown.
    Makes 1 to 1 1/2 dozen.
