Potato Filling Balls - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 lb. stale bread (about a loaf)
1/2 medium onion, chopped
3 to 4 stalks celery, chopped
2 Tbsp. parsley, chopped
1 stick oleo, melted
1 1/2 c. milk
2 eggs, beaten
1 1/2 c. potatoes, mashed
salt and pepper to taste
2 Tbsp. oleo
Preparation

Saute onion and celery in 2 tablespoons oleo.
Mix all ingredients together in a large bowl.
Form into 1 1/2-inch balls or use ice cream scoop.
Place side by side in buttered baking dish.
Drizzle with melted oleo.
Bake, uncovered, 20 minutes at 375\u00b0.
