No Fat Bean Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can black-eyed peas, drained
    1 can white hominy, drained
    1 (4 oz.) can diced mild chilies
    1 c. mild salsa or picante sauce
    1 c. chopped red onion
    1 c. chopped green peppers
    2 chopped tomatoes
    1/4 c. parsley
    2 garlic cloves, minced
Preparation
    Mix all together and cover.
    Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
    Serve with large corn chips.
    Keeps well for a couple weeks.
