Chicken Steak(Chinese) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 chicken legs
    3 Tbsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 Tbsp. sherry
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. sugar
    1 clove garlic, crushed
    4 Tbsp. cooking oil
    bread crumbs
Preparation
    Wash, then dry chicken legs with paper towels.
    Cut the chicken legs at the joint to yield 8 pieces.
    Debone and discard the skins.
    Marinate chicken pieces in a bowl with cornstarch, soy sauce, sherry, salt, sugar and garlic.
    Set aside for 30 minutes or overnight.
