Whipped Nonfat Milk - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. ice water
    2 tsp. lemon juice
    1/4 c. nonfat dry milk powder
Preparation
    Place ice water and lemon juice in small deep bowl.
    Sprinkle dry milk powder on top.
    Beat until stiff enough to hold soft peaks with a rotary beater (about 15 minutes) or use an electric beater.
    Fold in sugar substitute.
    Makes 1 cup.
