Broccoli Cornbread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 sticks margarine
2 pkg. Martha White cornbread mix
10 oz. pkg. frozen broccoli, thawed and chopped
10 oz. carton cottage cheese
1 onion, chopped
4 eggs, slightly beaten
1/2 c. cheddar cheese shredded
Preparation

Melt margarine in a 13x9-inch pan to coat pan well.
Mix the margarine and other ingredients except cheese in pan, sprinkle with cheese.
Bake 350\u00b0 for 30 - 45 minutes until brown.
