German Pancakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs
    1 c. milk
    1 c. flour
    1 tsp. flavoring (vanilla, lemon or any you like)
Preparation
    Mix ingredients in blender.
    Melt 1/4 stick butter in large skillet.
    Pour pancake mixture into skillet.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Cut into sections.
    Remove.
    Serve.
    Sprinkle with powdered sugar and pour syrup over pancake.
