Apricot Jello Salad - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 large pkg. apricot Jell-O
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, drained
1 pkg. Dream Whip or small Cool Whip
1 piece celery, diced
1 (8 oz.) pkg. softened cream cheese
Preparation

Add 2 1/2 cups boiling water to Jell-O and 1 cup pineapple juice.
Let gel, not solid.
Whip in cream cheese and Cool Whip. Fold in pineapple and celery.
Chill and serve.
