Custard Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. scalded milk
    nutmeg
Preparation
    Blend eggs, sugar, salt, and vanilla. Gradually stir in scalded milk. Pour into pie shell. Sprinkle with nutmeg. Bake in hot oven at 400 for 25 to 30 minutes. Cool on rack and chill in refrigerator.
