Cheese Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients

5 medium potatoes
2 1/2 c. water
1 Tbsp. butter
4 pieces cheese

Preparation

Peel and dice potatoes.
Put in a microwave-safe dish.
Put 2 1/2 cups water and butter over potatoes.
Place in microwave for 9 minutes.
Check to see if potatoes are soft.
May need to microwave longer depending on watts of microwave.
When potatoes are soft, place 4 pieces of cheese over potatoes.
Microwave 2 1/2 minutes or until cheese is melted.
Stir and serve..
