Cobbler - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. butter
    1 1/2 c. flour
    2 tsp baking powder
    2 1/2 c sugar
    1 1/4 c milk
    4 to 6 c blackberries or raspberries
    1 1/2 c. flour
    3/4 c butter
    1 1/4 c oatmeal
    1 1/2 tsp cinnamon
    1 1/2 c brown sugar
    1 1/2 c sugar
    1 1/2 c water
    3 Tbsp cornstarch
    1 1/2 tsp vanilla
    6 to 8 c rhubarb, cut in pieces
    1 small pkg of strawberry jello
Preparation
    Press 1/2 of crumbs into a 9 x 13 pan. Add rhubarb mixture and put remaining crumbs over top. Bake 350\u00b0 for 1 hour.
