Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. apples
    1 1/2 c. oil
    2 c. sugar
    3 eggs
    2 1/2 c. sifted flour
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 c. chopped pecans
    1 tsp. soda
    1 tsp. salt
    2 tsp. baking powder
Preparation
    Peel apples and chop (set aside).
    Pour oil into large mixing bowl; add sugar and eggs and beat well.
    Sift flour with salt, soda and baking powder.
    Gradually add flour to creamed mixture.
    Add vanilla.
    Gently fold in apples and pecans.
    Spray tube pan with Pam; pour in batter.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour or until done. Remove from pan and drizzle on glaze.
