Spicy Cheese Dip - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 lb. Velveeta cheese
    1 large jar salsa or picante sauce (medium flavor)
Preparation
    In a skillet, brown ground beef.
    In a large crock-pot, place Velveeta cheese and turn on high.
    Begin melting cheese, then pour in salsa.
    When melted smoothly, add ground beef.
    Turn onto low and simmer for about 2 to 3 hours, stirring occasionally.
    Serve with tortilla chips.
