Mom'S Potato Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. red potatoes
    1 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. vinegar
    1 c. chopped sweet pickles
    1 Tbsp. mustard
    1 c. Miracle Whip
    salt and pepper to taste
    1 c. chopped celery
Preparation
    Boil potatoes in jacket.
    Drain off water.
    Peel and chunk while still hot.
    In large bowl, layer potatoes, celery and onion. Sprinkle salt, pepper and vinegar over this until all is used. Let stand in refrigerator overnight or until thoroughly cooled. Add sweet pickles.
    Mix mustard and Miracle Whip to potato mixture.
    Mix well and serve.
