Salmon Shepherd'S Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 1/2 oz.) can salmon
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen peas (in cream sauce)
    1/4 c. celery, chopped
    1 (4 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 c. prepared mashed potatoes
    2 tsp. instant minced onion
    grated Parmesan cheese
Preparation
    Drain and flake salmon.
    Prepare frozen peas as directed on package.
    Combine celery, salmon, mushrooms, salt and pepper with cooked peas.
    Stir onions into prepared potatoes; mix well.
    Spoon salmon mixture into greased 2-quart casserole.
    Spoon potatoes on top.
    Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes or until potatoes are lightly browned and casserole contents bubble.
