Quick Turkey Curry - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 (10 1/2 oz.) can condensed cream of mushroom soup
    1/4 c. milk
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. curry powder
    1 c. cubed cooked turkey or chicken
    snipped parsley and raisins
    hot cooked rice
Preparation
    Cook the onion in butter. Add the soup and milk; heat and stir until smooth. Stir in the sour cream and curry powder. Add the turkey or chicken; heat. Garnish with snipped parsley and raisins. Serve over fluffy hot cooked rice. Serves 4.
