Baked Salmon Croquettes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (1 lb.) can salmon, flaked
    2/3 c. milk
    1 c. soft bread or cracker crumbs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    1 egg, slightly beaten
Preparation
    Combine all ingredients.
    Place in well-greased muffin tins. Bake at 400\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
    Yields 6 servings.
