Chocolate Cheesecake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

3 (8 oz.) pkg. Cream Cheese, softened
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 c. Griffin's Vanilla
3 eggs
6 squares almond bark chocolate
2 graham cracker crust pie shells
Preparation

Mix cream cheese, sugar and vanilla at medium speed with an electric mixer until well blended.
Melt chocolate in microwave, being careful not to scorch.
Mix into cream cheese mixture.
Pour into crusts.
Bake at 325\u00b0 for 40 minutes or until center is almost set.
Cool and refrigerate at least 3 hours or overnight. Bake with a pan of water under cheesecake to prevent cracking.
