* Mexicali Casserole * - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (15 oz.) can chili with beans
    1 c. corn chips
    1/4 c. chopped onion
    1 (12 oz.) can whole kernel corn
    1/2 c. grated cheese
Preparation
    Line bottom of a 1-quart casserole with 1/2 cup corn chips. Spread chili over the chips.
    Add corn and onion.
    Cover with remaining corn chips.
    Bake at 375\u00b0 for 20 minutes.
    Remove cover and sprinkle with cheese.
    Bake until cheese is melted.
