Mexican Cabbage - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. ground beef or turkey
    1 large onion, chopped
    1 bell pepper, chopped
    2 cloves garlic, mashed
    1 can Cheddar cheese
    1 can Ro-Tel
    1 (16 oz.) can stewed tomatoes
    2 heads cabbage, shredded
Preparation
    Brown first four ingredients together in a Dutch oven.
    Drain off excess grease.
    Add soup, Ro-Tel and tomatoes, then add shredded cabbage, salt and pepper to taste.
    Cover and simmer for 45 minutes.
