Tressies' Applesauce Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients

3 c. applesauce
2 sticks oleo
4 tsp. baking soda
2 c. sugar
2 tsp. cinnamon
2 tsp. chives
2 tsp. nutmeg
4 c. flour
1/2 c. cherry preserves
1/2 c. pineapple preserves
1 c. pecans

Preparation

Mix first 3 ingredients and heat until oleo is melted. Let cool. Mix all ingredients and put into well-greased tube pan. Bake at 325\u00b0 for 1 hour and 20 minutes.
