Chicken Pie With Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken
    2 c. chicken broth
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1 stick melted margarine
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1 1/4 c. self-rising flour
    1 c. buttermilk
    1 1/2 c. broccoli, cauliflower and carrot mix
    1 large onion, sliced
Preparation
    Boil chicken and pick off bone.
    Place in bottom of 9 x 13 pan. Heat broth, soup and onion for 10 minutes, stirring well.
    Add vegetables to chicken in pan.
    Add broth mixture.
    Mix margarine, pepper, flour and buttermilk.
    Spread batter over entire mixture. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes to 1 hour or until golden brown.
