Red Velvet Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 1/2 c. Wesson oil
    1 1/2 c. sugar
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 tsp. soda
    1 (1 oz.) bottle red food coloring
    2 eggs
    1 c. buttermilk
    2 1/2 c. self-rising flour
Preparation
    Cream oil and sugar.
    Then add eggs.
    Then add flour, sifted with soda and buttermilk alternately.
    Mix well.
    Add the vanilla and the bottom of red food coloring.
    Bake in 3 layer cake pans at 350\u00b0 for approximately 20 minutes.
