Chocolate Nut Clusters - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. milk chocolate chips
1 tsp. shortening (do not use butter or margarine)
1 c. broken pecans or walnuts
Preparation

In a microwave-safe bowl, place chocolate chips and shortening.
Microwave at High for 1 to 1 1/2 minutes or until smooth when stirred.
Stir in nuts.
Spoon heaping teaspoonfuls into 1-inch paper candy cups or small muffin cups, filling each cup about half full.
Refrigerate until firm.
Peel off paper cup if desired.
Makes about 14 to 16 pieces of candy.
