Frozen Cheese Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    1 c. sugar
    3 egg yolks, slightly beaten
    1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
    1 c. heavy whipped cream
    3 egg whites, beaten
    1 tsp. vanilla
    vanilla wafer crumbs
Preparation
    Line bottom of oblong pan with vanilla wafer crumbs.
    Cream well the cream cheese; add sugar and beat well.
    Add egg yolks. Stir in pineapple and vanilla.
    Blend in heavy whipped cream and stiffly beaten egg whites.
    Sprinkle wafer crumbs on top for decoration.
