Spinach Balls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 boxes frozen spinach, chopped, cooked and drained well (squeeze out all liquid)
    2 c. herb stuffing mix
    1 onion, chopped fine
    6 eggs, beaten
    3/4 c. margarine
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
    1 tsp. garlic powder
    1 tsp. pepper
    chopped water chestnuts (optional)
    bacon bits (optional)
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and form into bite-size balls. You may freeze them at this point.
    (If frozen, take them out 1/2 hour before baking.)
    Place on cookie sheet and bake at 300\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes.
    Serve warm or at room temperature.
