Fresh Apple Salad(Sweet And Sour) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 egg
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. milk
    1/2 c. vinegar (finish with water to make 1 c.)
    flour to thicken
Preparation
    Mix first three ingredients together in medium saucepan over medium heat.
    Add vinegar last because it might curdle.
    Cook until mixture thickens.
    Cool.
    Pour over 4 cups fresh cut apples.
