Moist Apple Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

4 c. sliced apples
2 c. sugar
1 1/2 tsp. baking soda
1 tsp. cinnamon
1 tsp. salt
3/4 c. corn oil
2 c. flour
2 eggs
2 tsp. vanilla
1 c. crushed walnuts (optional)
Preparation

Let apples and sugar stand for 45 minutes.
Stir frequently. Mix together ingredients and add to apple mixture.
Pour into greased and floured 9 x 13-inch pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 50 to 60 minutes.
