Cocktail Wieners With Mustard Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1/2 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. flour
1/2 tsp. salt
1 1/2 Tbsp. dry mustard
1 c. cream
1 egg yolk
1/2 c. cider vinegar
1 to 2 pkg. cocktail wieners
Preparation
-
Mix first four ingredients and add cream and egg yolk.
Cook until mixtures thickens and add cider vinegar.
Cook until mixture coats spoon.
Add wieners.
Heat until cooked through.
Serve in chafing dish.
