Pheasant En Creme(Adaptable For Chicken) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pheasant, quartered
    1 can cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. apple cider
    1 Tbsp. plus 1 tsp. Worcestershire sauce
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/3 c. onion, chopped
    1 clove garlic, minced
    1/4 lb. mushrooms
    1/4 c. dry white wine
    paprika
Preparation
    Heat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Place pheasant in ungreased baking dish, 9 x 9 x 2-inches.
    Mix soup, cider, Worcestershire sauce, salt, onion, garlic, mushrooms and wine.
    Pour over pheasant.
    Sprinkle generously with paprika.
    Basting occasionally, bake uncovered, 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
    (May substitute a 2 pound chicken or 4 filleted breasts of chicken, reduce time to 1 hour for fillets.)
