Double Chocolate Fantasy Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pkg. chocolate cake mix
    1/4 c. vegetable oil
    1 egg
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 (14 oz.) can Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk (not evaporated milk)
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Combine cake mix, oil and egg.
    Beat on medium speed until crumbly.
    Stir in nuts.
    Reserving 1 1/2 cups of crumb mixture, press remainder on bottom of greased 13 x 9-inch pan.
