Pin Candy - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 c. granulated sugar
    1 c. rich milk (whole)
    2/3 c. light syrup
    1 pinch salt
    1 tsp. vinegar
    1 qt. chopped nuts
    2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    Beat and cook together first 5 ingredients until soft ball forms in cold water.
    Set aside to cool.
    Stir well until light in color.
    Add vanilla and pecans.
    Turn on buttered plates and cut while warm.
