Broccoli Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 boxes chopped frozen broccoli
1 c. sharp Cheddar cheese, shredded
1 can cream of mushroom soup
3 eggs
1 stick butter
1 roll Ritz crackers
Preparation

Cook broccoli following package directions.
Melt butter.
Add crushed Ritz crackers; mix well.
Set aside.
Mix broccoli, shredded cheese, soup and beaten eggs.
Spray casserole dish with Pam.
Pour broccoli mixture into dish and top with crushed crackers.
Place dish in pan of water and cook for 1 hour on 300\u00b0.
