Stuffed Cheese Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 (8 oz.) cream cheese
2/3 c. ham, cubed small
2 Tbsp. green pepper, finely chopped
2 Tbsp. onion, finely chopped
3 Tbsp. milk
touch of garlic
4 Tbsp. softened butter
1 loaf French bread
4 oz. yellow cheese, cubed small
2 Tbsp. pimento, chopped
salt to taste
Preparation

Mix all ingredients, except French bread, well by hand.
Slice bread in half lengthwise.
Remove some bread from middle and spread with butter.
Put filling in middle of both halves of bread.
Put together.
Wrap tightly with Saran Wrap and foil. Refrigerate overnight.
Slice to serve.
