Fruit And Nut Carrot Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 C. Flour
    2 tsp. Baking Powder
    1 1\\2 tsp. Baking Soda
    1 tsp. Salt
    2 tsp. Cinnamon
    1 1\\2 C. Oil
    2 C. Sugar
    4 Eggs
    8 oz. Crushed Pineapple (Not drained)
    3\\4 C. Nuts, chopped
    3\\4 C. Raisins
    2 C. Carrots, grated
Preparation
    Mix dry ingredients and set aside.
    Mix oil, sugar, eggs, beating after each addition.
    Add dry ingredients, mix well.
    Blend in carrots, pineapple, nuts and raisins.
    Grease and flour 9x13x2-inch pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 55 min.
