Fresh Apple Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. coarsely chopped apples
    2 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. oil
    2 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    2 tsp. soda
    2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
Preparation
    Combine apples and sugar; set aside.
    Beat eggs; beat in oil and vanilla.
    Sift together all dry ingredients.
    Stir dry ingredients into egg mixture, alternating with apple mixture. Stir in nuts.
    Pour batter into greased Bundt pan or oblong pan. Bake at 350\u00b0 for 60 minutes.
