Texas Brownies - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    2 c. sugar
    1 stick margarine
    1/2 c. shortening
    1 c. strong brewed coffee or water
    1/2 c. buttermilk
    1/4 c. cocoa
    2 eggs
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation
    In large mixing bowl, combine flour and sugar.
    In saucepan, combine 1 stick of margarine, shortening, coffee or water and cocoa.
    Stir and heat to boiling.
    Pour boiling mixture over flour and sugar in bowl.
    Add buttermilk, eggs, baking soda and vanilla; mix well.
    Pour into a well-greased 17 1/2 x 11-inch jelly roll pan.
    Bake at 400\u00b0 for 20 minutes, or until test done in center. While brownies bake, prepare frosting.
