Ingredients

4 eggs
1 c. milk
1 c. light cream
1/4 c. sugar
2 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Beat eggs until smooth.
Add remaining ingredients and beat until smooth.
Pour mixture into a well-buttered 1-quart baking dish.
Place dish in a large pan, which has been filled with just enough hot water to come up around baking dish.
Bake in a preheated oven (350\u00b0) for 1 hour or until a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
Chill for several hours before serving. Serves 6.
