Almond Roca Bars - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 sticks margarine or butter
    1 c. brown sugar
    1 egg yolk
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 c. flour
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. or 10 oz. semi-sweet chips
    1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation
    Cream butter with sugar.
    Add egg yolk and vanilla.
    Add flour and salt.
    Pat dough in 9 x 13-inch greased pan.
    Bake at 350\u00b0
    for 25 to 30 minutes until lightly browned.
    Immediately spread melted chips and add nuts.
    Cut when cold.
    Good for Christmas or for gifts.
