Teriyaki For Sirloin Tips - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. brown sugar
    1/2 c. white sugar
    1/2 c. soy sauce
    1 or 2 cloves chopped garlic
    1 to 2 inches chopped ginger
    1 1/2 lb. sirloin tip, cut into thin slices
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 300\u00b0.
    If not tender, pound steak with meat mallet.
    Center steak on aluminum foil of suitable size for each steak.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Add 2 or 3 thin slices of onion and a dash or two of Worcestershire.
    Wrap each steak tightly and bake for 4 hours.
