Scalloped Tomatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. diced celery
    1/2 c. finely chopped onion
    2 Tbsp. margarine
    2 Tbsp. flour
    3 1/2 c. chopped tomatoes
    3 slices lightly toasted bread, cubed
    1 Tbsp. sugar
    1 tsp. salt
    dash of pepper
    2 tsp. prepared mustard
Preparation
    Cook celery and onion in margarine until tender.
    Blend in flour.
    Put
    tomatoes
    in
    greased\tcasserole. Add rest of ingredients and 1/2 of the bread cubes.
    Mix lightly.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Top with rest of bread cubes and bake 20 minutes longer.
