Kraut Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 large can kraut (14 to 16 oz.)
    2 carrots, grated
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1/2 c. diced bell pepper
    1/2 c. chopped celery (optional)
    1 (2 oz.) jar pimentos
    1 Tbsp. cider vinegar
    1 Tbsp. oil
    1/2 c. sugar
Preparation
    Mix together, put in refrigerator overnight.
    Will keep for at least one week.
