Orange Dutch Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. butter
    2 eggs
    1 c. milk
    2 1/2 c. flour
    1 tsp. baking soda
    dash of salt
    1/2 tsp. cinnamon
    1 tsp. nutmeg
    1 c. chopped walnut meats
    grated rind of 1 orange
    1 c. seedless raisins, cooked, drained and cooled
Preparation
    Cream together the sugar, butter, eggs and milk.
    Add the sifted ingredients (flour, baking soda, salt, cinnamon, nutmeg and salt).
    Mix thoroughly and add walnut meats, orange rind and raisins.
    Bake in tube pan at 375\u00b0 for 30 to 40 minutes.
