Wiener On The Stick - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 Tbsp. shortening
3/4 c. plain flour
1/8 tsp. red pepper
1/2 c. milk
oil
1 egg
1/2 tsp. dry mustard
1/4 tsp. paprika
wieners
Preparation

Mix shortening, egg and milk. Add dry mustard, paprika and red pepper to flour. Mix well. Dip wieners in mixture real good and fry in deep fat until brown.
