Caramel Icing - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. light brown sugar
    1/2 c. cream
    1/3 c. butter
    2 to 3 c. powdered sugar
    pecans (on top)
Preparation
    Melt brown sugar, cream and butter in saucepan until dissolved; cool.
    Beat in powdered sugar.
    Sprinkle pecans on top.
