German Chocolate Cake Icing - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. evaporated milk
3 to 4 Tbsp. flour
1 tsp. vanilla extract
2 c. pecans, chopped
1 c. granulated sugar
1/2 c. butter (1 stick)
2 to 2 3/4 c. coconut
Preparation

In a large skillet, combine all ingredients, except coconut and pecans. Cook on low heat for 15 to 20 minutes, until mixture thickens, stirring constantly. Add coconut and pecans. Mix completely. Apply to layers of cake and top.
