Magic Lemon Meringue Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 can sweetened condensed milk
    1/2 c. lemon juice
    2 eggs, separated
    2 Tbsp. granulated sugar
    rind of 1 lemon, ground, or 1/4 tsp. lemon extract
    baked pie shell (8-inch)
Preparation
    Blend together milk, lemon juice, grated lemon rind or extract and egg yolks.
    Pour into pie shell.
    Cover with meringue and bake at 350\u00b0 for 10 minutes or until brown.
    Chill before serving.
