Refrigerator Mashed Potatoes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    5 lb. potatoes
    2 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
    1 c. sour cream
    1 1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    3 Tbsp. butter or margarine
Preparation
    Cook potatoes (peel first) in boiling salted water and drain. Mash until smooth.
    Add remaining ingredients and beat until light and fluffy.
    Cover and refrigerate.
    May be used anytime in 2 weeks.
